There are no returns or refunds for any Rooted Bean products except in the case the coffee product is damaged in shipping. Contact The Rooted Bean to report any concerns. 

All online coffee orders have free local pick-up. The Rooted Bean ships throughout the United States. We have one flat shipping rate ($10) for ordres of one to two bags. We have a separate flat shipping rate ($15) for orders of three of four coffee bags.
